Poczta zostaje u Ciebie
Konto Aven
Logowanie obsługuje Clerk (Google, Apple lub e-mail). Przechowujemy identyfikator konta, adres e-mail, imię, zdjęcie profilowe, opcjonalny numer telefonu i klucz licencji.
Klucze API dostawców AI i ustawienia urządzenia zostają lokalnie.
Send), kalendarz (Calendars.ReadWrite), ustawienia skrzynki (MailboxSettings.Read), podstawowy profil (User.Read) i dostęp offline.
- Usunięcie konta Aven (strona konta na get-aven.com) usuwa z serwera wszystkie Twoje dane: synchronizowane rekordy, sesje, połączone skrzynki i raporty diagnostyczne. Minimalny dziennik działań administratorów jest przechowywany oddzielnie zgodnie z opisem poniżej.
- Wylogowanie usuwa z urządzenia dane konta: skrzynki, zapisaną pocztę i ustawienia.
- Dostęp Aven możesz też odebrać w ustawieniach konta Google.
Zgłoszenia do pomocy
Po wysłaniu zgłoszenia z Pomocy Aven zapisuje temat, treść, kategorię, identyfikator konta, platformę, wersję aplikacji, status i odpowiedź pomocy. Upoważnieni administratorzy mogą je czytać i obsługiwać.
Raport jest wewnętrznie powiązany z zalogowanym kontem w celu ograniczania nadużyć i usunięcia wraz z kontem. Bez treści maili, adresów, haseł, tokenów, surowych wyjątków i nagrywania sesji.
Privacy in Aven
Effective October 19, 2026. Contact: hello@get-aven.com.
Your mail stays with you
Aven is an email client that runs on your computer and in your browser. Message content, attachments and contacts are downloaded directly from your mail provider (e.g. Gmail) to your device and stored there. Aven's servers do not copy your mailboxes or message content.
Aven account
Sign-in is handled by Clerk (Google, Apple or e-mail). We store the account id, e-mail address, name, profile picture, an optional phone number and your license key. Payments are handled by Stripe - we never see card details.
Data synchronized between devices
Settings, account groups, appearance, smart folders and similar data you create in Aven are stored in Aven's database at Cloudflare (D1), so they are the same on all your devices. Message content is not stored there. AI provider API keys and device settings stay on the device.
Gmail through Aven
When you connect Gmail, Google asks you to allow Aven access to your mail (gmail.modify) and calendar. The refresh token is stored on Aven's server encrypted (AES-256-GCM, with the key outside the database) and is used only to give your devices short-lived access tokens. Google data is used only to show and manage your mail and calendar in Aven.
Aven's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models.
Outlook through Aven
When you connect an Outlook mailbox (Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, Microsoft 365), Microsoft asks you to allow Aven access through Microsoft Graph: reading and changing mail (Mail.ReadWrite), sending mail (Mail.Send), calendars (Calendars.ReadWrite), mailbox settings (MailboxSettings.Read), your basic profile (User.Read) and offline access. The refresh token is stored on Aven's server encrypted (AES-256-GCM, with the key outside the database), as for Gmail, and is used only to give your devices short-lived access tokens. Your devices fetch mail and calendars directly from Microsoft; message content does not pass through Aven's servers. Microsoft data is used only to show and manage your mail and calendar in Aven. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models.
AI features
AI features are optional and use your own API key of the provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) or a local model. The parts of messages you ask about are sent from your device directly to that provider, not through Aven's servers.
Deleting your data
- "Remove Aven access" on a mailbox in Settings deletes the token from the server; for Gmail it also revokes Google's grant. Microsoft does not let apps revoke their own access - after removing it, also remove Aven at account.microsoft.com (personal account) or myapps.microsoft.com (work account).
- Deleting your Aven account (account page on get-aven.com) deletes all your data from the server: synced records, sessions, connected mailboxes and diagnostic reports. Minimal administrator audit records are retained separately as described below.
- Signing out removes the account's data from the device: mailboxes, cached mail and settings.
- You can also remove Aven's access in your Google Account settings.
Support requests
If you submit a request from Help, Aven stores the subject, message, category, account identifier, platform, app version, status and support reply. Authorized administrators can read and answer it. Do not include email contents, passwords or tokens. Requests are not automatically published on GitHub. Support content is removed after 180 days when the service next processes support requests, or when your account is deleted. Minimal audit records follow the separate administrator audit retention described below.
Optional error diagnostics
Error reporting is off by default. If you enable it on your device, Aven sends only a predefined error code, component, platform and application version to its own service. Reports are associated internally with your authenticated Aven account so they can be rate-limited and removed with account deletion. They do not include email contents, addresses, passwords, tokens, raw exception messages, stack traces or session recordings. You may withdraw consent in Privacy & Security (desktop/web app), or Profile and security on the website, at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future reports. Reports older than 30 days are purged on service activity; there is no scheduled hard TTL while the service is inactive. Server operational signals and administrator audit records are processed separately for service security and accountability; audit records contain actor/target identifiers and action status, and are purged after 90 days on audit activity. Monitoring stores data in the same environment's Cloudflare D1; no external analytics SaaS is used for these reports.
